The Medium-duty Range - Strong performance and high reliability
The Medium-duty Range U1400 to U1650 offers the widest range of models.
Depending on type and design, the power output of the EURO 2 engine
reaches 100kW (136hp) to 157kW (214hp), and the weight reaches the
permissible gross vehicle weight of 7.5 tons to 10.7 tons.
Up to 4 implement attachment locations and 3 independent implement operation options offer a
multitude of system solutions. Depending on the applications, you can choose between an
integrated single-circuit or twin-circuit hydraulic system: front and rear are equipped with up to 8 hydraulic connections.
It is obvious that vehicles of this size and power have high off-road capability - all-wheel drive, a 100% diff lock on both portal axles, high ground clearance, and the well-designed and adapted implement and body attachment points. A precision-adjusted all-synchromesh transmission allows speeds of 0.1 km/h to 80 km/h and beyond, with all gears available in forward and reverse except in U100L.
The 3-point mounted cab provides high driving comfort, on and off the road, with a variety of optional suspended seats, and easy reach to, and handling of, all switches, levers and instruments.
